Description

Zanele's Stacked Potatoes – a decadent side dish with thinly sliced potatoes layered with garlic-infused butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese.

Directions

Preheat oven to 180° degrees.

In a baking tray, line up the sliced potatoes. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, vegetable seasoning, and cream. Pour mixture over the potatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle grated cheese, salt, and pepper, and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown. Stack up the potatoes when serving.

  •  6-8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  •  100g butter, melted
  •  4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Handful finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable seasoning
  •  1 cup cream
  •  Salt and pepper
  •  ½ cup Crystal Valley Cheddar Cheese
